Here at Thug Paradise, we aim to provide a secure game. So we would like you to read the Terms of Service. You must agree to the Terms of Service before you are able to access Thug Paradise.

Age of Play - Thug Paradise is recommended to be accessed by any person over the age of 12 years. This is due to the nature of the website. If you are under 12 it is recommended you have permission from a parent/guardian to access the website.

Duping is a very simple issue, you are not allowed more than one account, if you have been found to have more then one account you will be banned. No questions asked.

Account sharing - If anyone is found to be sharing accounts with another player then you will be banned without warning.

Hacking - All passwords on Thug Paradise's database are encrypted, this means no one in the database or even on the game can read your password, the only way you can be hacked is if you have an easy to guess password. If a user does manage to access your account, anything lost will not be recovered, the only thing admins/mods will do is IP ban the offending user.

Scamming is not allowed, if you are found to have scammed someone and we have proof of this you will be banned no excuses no nothing, once your banned for this we will not unban you.

Spamming/Advertising on Thug Paradise is against the rules. If we find you spamming users/forums with link's to a site/game you will be banned, and we will contact the game which you are advertising and report this to them, along with your IP.

Spamming of any kind is not permitted. This may include making an excessive amount of accounts or as mentioned before spamming forums and users. If you spam excessively you will firstly be IP Banned and then to your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Racism will not be tolerated. So therefore any racist members will be IP banned and not welcome back to Thug Paradise.

When using the Referral page all email referrals will be logged. This is to ensure that any user spamming an email with their referral link will be traced and banned or IP banned.

Finding bug's or exploits, If at any time during your gameplay you find a bug/exploit, then you should instantly report it to us by posting a ticket/messaging, if the bug is a money/points one and you report it, you will be rewarded. Although If at any time you take avantage of the bug/exploit, then you will be IP banned.

Credits - Thug Paradise is only responsible for providing you with points after purchase. After recieving your points you are fully responsible for what happens to them. Thug Paradise can not be held responsible for the loss of points due to unauthorized access of your account. If at anytime Thug Paradise is forced to undergo a reset, you will not be refunded your points.

Points can not be resold by you for anything other than in-game goods. You can not purshase points with real money from users, other than those who officially sell them (in this case, only Illusions).

If you break the TOS and therefore are banned, we will not refund you your points. Also, under any circumstances, we will not refund you the cost of your points.

We, the Admins/Moderators, have the right to ban or IP ban you at anytime during gameplay, for any or no reason. Therefore if you break any of the above rules you are going to be banned no matter what.


Failiure to read or familiarise yourself with these rules is your own fault and is not an excuse if you are banned for breaking any of the above rules.

Last of all We have the right to update the Terms of Service at any time without notifiying you.
